NOVELTY - A graphene/molybdenum disulfide-copper graphite brush material, comprises 10-60 wt.% graphite powder; 0.5-10 wt.% graphene powder; 1-5 wt.% molybdenum disulfide powder; 2-20 wt.% thermosetting resin; 0-8 wt.% additives, and copper powder (remaining amount). USE - Graphene/molybdenum disulfide-copper graphite brush material for use as a lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The material has good mechanical performance and reduces the wear rate and resistivity, prolongs the service life of the electric brush, satisfies the requirement of an electric brush in a lot of scenes, and has wide application prospects. The method has simple operation, can realize automatic continuous and stable mass production, and has low production cost.
