▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector (20) has a substrate (210) that is made of semiconductor material, and an incident window (230) is coupled to one side of the substrate. An electrode (220,221) is positioned adjacent to a portion of the incident window, and is made of a positive pole and a negative pole. A two-dimensional nanomaterial i.e. graphene, is formed by stacking a single layer or multiple layers on the substrate, where the substrate generates electron-hole pairs by an ionization reaction of an alpha ray when the alpha ray is incident. The incident window has a Schottky junction that is formed at an interface with the substrate and has a thickness of 10 nanometer or less. USE - Radiation detector for detecting radiation. ADVANTAGE - The thickness of the incident window is reduced. The amount of radiation reaching the substrate is increased. The detection efficiency of the radiation detector is remarkably improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacturing a radiation detector. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view showing the detection unit. Radiation detector (20) Substrate (210) Electrode (220,221) Incident window (230) Radiation (240)
