▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing micro-ring resonator of composite planar graphene oxide film comprises e.g. thinning standard single-mode optical fiber through melting and tapering to obtain double-end tapered optical fiber, knotting the double end, using a three-dimensional control platform, dispersing nano-sheet in graphene oxide dispersion liquid in the mixed solution drop of the micro ring resonance, evaporating ethanol solvent in mixed solution liquid drop and forming a layer of graphene oxide plane film on the surface of micro ring reinforcement, accessing the micro round resonance of the primarily dried composite surface-shaped graphene oxide membrane between the broadband light source and spectrometer, improving the extinction ratio of the transmission spectrum, and the micro-ring resonator of the micro-ring resonator of the composite surface-shaped graphene oxide film is encapsulated on the glass slide by ultraviolet glue, placing in a sealed box for drying for a period of time.
