USE - Graphene metal hybrid electrode material for manufacturing LCD substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene metal hybrid electrode material is cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene metal hybrid electrode material, which involves subjecting graphite oxide to rapid thermal stripping method or solvent thermal method to form graphene-containing mono-layer nanosheet of graphene suspension, treating resultant product by ultrasound and stirring mechanically to form metal material composite, and heating at high temperature to form a finished product (2) an LCD substrate comprising a transparent conductive layer.
