NOVELTY - Packaging materials comprise matrix and reinforcement. The matrix comprises aluminum and aluminum alloy powder. The reinforcement comprises 0.5-3 wt.% of graphene oxide and 35-65 wt.% of silicon carbide particles. The aluminum alloy powder is aluminum-silicon alloy powder. USE - Packaging material for portable military electronic devices and can also be used for military power hybrid circuits and microwave tube carrier. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material is of light weight which improves its overall performance and makes it portable.
