NOVELTY - Manufacture of surface-treated steel plate involves heating steel substrate in chemical vapor deposition chamber at 300-1300 degrees C by supplying precursor gas comprising gas mixture including carrier gas, methane or ethylene and hydrogen, cooling, and forming graphene layer having average thickness of 1-50 nm. USE - Manufacture of surface-treated steel plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of surface-treated steel plate having excellent corrosion resistance.
