NOVELTY - Composite coating comprises a cladding bottom layer and a cladding surface layer. The cladding surface layer is cladding on the cladding bottom surface. The raw materials of the cladding bottom layer and the cladding surface layer comprise nickel-based alloy powder, tungsten carbide powder and graphene powder, where the mixture includes 1-4 wt.% graphene powder. USE - The composite coating is useful for petroleum drilling tool wear-resistant sleeve (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite coating: has excellent toughness, impact resistance, hardness, wear resistance, and self-lubricating effect, and uniform reinforced phase distribution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite coating.
