NOVELTY - The method involves forming a polymer substrate. The polymer substrate is covered by a barrier layer, where the polymer substrate comprises a multi-graphene barrier layer film and an organic film layer. The polymer substrate is arranged by an organic light-emitting functional material layer. A cathode is formed is by encapsulation barrier film layer.
