▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of lithium-sulfur battery material involves (1) collecting discarded cigarette butts, ultrasonically washing with ethanol and water 3-5 times and drying at 60-100 degrees C for 2-24 hours to obtain biomass carbon material, (2) mixing 2-20 mg/mL graphene oxide and 10-50 mg biomass carbon material, stirring for 2-8 hours, taking out composite sample and freeze drying at -30--70 degrees C for 24-36 hours to obtain biomass carbon composite precursor with graphene oxide, (3) placing 20-70 mg prepared biomass carbon composite precursor with graphene oxide in porcelain boat, placing in tube furnace, purging with argon gas, heating at 600-1000 degrees C at rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute for 3-9 hours to obtain composite material, adding 200-400 mg sulfur powder to composite material and vacuum sealing or melting. USE - Preparation of lithium-sulfur battery material used as cathode material for lithium-sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale preparation of lithium-sulfur battery material ensuring increased electrical conductivity, high battery specific capacity, excellent cycle stability and enhanced performance by simple, economical and environmentally-friendly process.
