▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a silver nanowire and graphene composite conductive film involves preparing ultra-slender silver nanowire solution. The substrate is pretreated, and then the ultra-slender silver nanowire solution is uniformly coated on the substrate to obtain a silver nanowire layer, and then subjected to hot pressing treatment. The chemical vapor deposition is used to prepare a single layer of graphene, and the single layer of graphene is transferred to the upper surface of the silver nanowire layer by wet transfer to obtain a graphene layer. A layer of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) aqueous solution is coated on the graphene layer, followed by heat curing treatment to obtain the required film. USE - Method for preparing a silver nanowire and graphene composite conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silver nanowire and graphene composite flexible transparent conductive film in simple manner. The transparent conductive film has good mechanical flexibility, low sheet resistance, high optical transmittance, and low surface roughness, and has a relatively long service life.
