NOVELTY - A graphene functionalized thermoplastic elastomer composite material comprises 10-65 pts. wt. styrene elastomer, 2-20 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 0-30 pts. wt. olefin elastomer, 0-5 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-40 pts. wt. softener, 5-38 pts. wt. composite medium, and 1-10 pts. wt. additives. USE - Graphene functionalized thermoplastic elastomer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene functionalized thermoplastic elastomer composite material has excellent hardness, volume resistivity, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of a graphene functionalized thermoplastic elastomer composite material, which involves (S1) adding the composite medium and the softener to the cooling mixer according to the formula for dispersion, and obtaining the composite medium dispersion after the dispersion is uniform, (S2) mixing other preparation raw materials with the composite medium dispersion in (S1), and preparing the one by one of open mill mixing, internal mixer mixing, or screw blending and granulation.
