NOVELTY - Graphene aqueous -based inorganic zinc-rich coating comprises 20-30 pts. wt. organically modified silicates, 0.5-1 pts. wt. epoxy siloxane, 60-80 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.7 part, 0.1-0.7 pts. wt. anti-settling auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. multifunctional auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. aqueous-based dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts wt. aqueous-based defoamer and 13-20 pts. wt.deionized water. USE - Used as Graphene aqueous -based inorganic zinc-rich coating. ADVANTAGE - The paint film has super anti-corrosion properties, is a zero VOC emission, safe and environmentally friendly heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer , overcomes generation of volatile organic compounds VOC in existing heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings in production and construction, and causes harm to the construction personnel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a graphene aqueous -based inorganic zinc-rich coating comprising introducing deionized water into a stirring tank at a speed of 500 revolutions/minutes, stirring, and introducing multifunctional auxiliary agent, aqueous-based defoamer, aqueous-based dispersant, graphene and anti-settling auxiliary agent successively to stir and dispersing for 10-15 minutes to obtain a first dispersion solution, transferring first dispersion solution to a sand mill, dispersing to fineness below 20 mum, and obtaining second dispersion solution; introducing second dispersion solution into the stirring tank and stirring at 500 revolutions/minutes speed, and introducing organic modified silicate, stirring and dispersing at 1000 revolutions/minutes, speeding for 5-10 minutes to obtain the third dispersion solution, stirring third dispersion solution at a rotating speed of 500 revolutions/minutes, introducing epoxy siloxane into the third dispersion solution, and stirring and dispersing at a rotating speed of 1000 rmp for 10-20 minutes after adding to obtain the first component; packaging first component in a plastic container; packaging zinc powder in a plastic bag under nitrogen protection, closing plastic bag and introducing into a metal bucket to seal to obtain the second component.
