The graphene film comprises 40-60% of non-AB structure content and graphene structure based on weak coupling enhancement, where graphene structure comprises 60-70 graphene units stacked up and down along the thickness direction in the vertical direction, and upper and lower adjacent graphene units are weakly coupled.
