NOVELTY - Preparing manganese-doped graphene quantum dot involves taking proper amount of sugar, manganese acetate and de-ionized water, stirring to dissolve uniform to obtain solution, and transferring into hydrothermal reaction kettle at constant temperature. The reaction liquid is subjected to dialysis, purification, and collected to obtain manganese-doped graphene quantum dot. USE - Method for preparing manganese-doped graphene quantum dot used in biological imaging, fluorescent labels, light photocatalysis and solar battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare manganese-doped graphene quantum dot that has good dispersivity and wide application range, and which is prepared in simple and cost effective manner.
