The reaction liquid is subjected to dialysis, purification, and collected to obtain manganese-doped graphene quantum dot. USE - Method for preparing manganese-doped graphene quantum dot used in biological imaging, fluorescent labels, light photocatalysis and solar battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare manganese-doped graphene quantum dot that has good dispersivity and wide application range, and which is prepared in simple and cost effective manner.
