NOVELTY - Hybrid structure formed by laminating second graphene coated with polymer on upper surface of the first graphene coated with carbon nanotubes, is claimed. USE - The hybrid structure is useful for producing perovskite solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid structure can maintain the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell, and is easy to be applied to mass industries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing hybrid structure, comprising (a) preparing first graphene coated with carbon nanotubes by dry spinning carbon nanotubes on the upper surface of graphene synthesized on the surface of copper foil in the form of a film, (b) preparing a second graphene coated with a polymer by spin coating and curing a polymer on the upper surface of the graphene synthesized on the copper foil surface, and (c) producing graphene carbon nanotube hybrid structure by laminating the second graphene on the upper surface of the first graphene; (2) perovskite solar cell comprising a glass substrate, a first electrode formed on the substrate and including fluorine doped tin oxide, an electron transfer layer formed on the first electrode and including compact-titanium oxide, a porous mesoporous-titanium oxide formed on the electron transport layer, a perovskite layer formed on the m-titanium oxide and including a perovskite compound, and the graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid structure formed on the perovskite; and (3) producing perovskite solar cell, comprising (i) laminating fluorine doped tin oxide on the top of the substrate, and sequentially laminating compact-titanium oxide and mesoporous-titanium oxide, and spin coating, (ii) annealing at 450-550 degrees C, (iii) producing a substrate in which a perovskite layer is formed by spin coating a perovskite compound on the m-titanium oxide, and (iv) producing a perovskite solar cell by laminating the graphene carbon nanotube hybrid structure on top of the perovskite with a laminator.
