NOVELTY - Blended flame-retardant fabric containing graphene fiber comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene- polyacrylonitrile nanofiber, 20-30 pts. wt. rabbit hair fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 30-40 pts. wt. cotton fiber and 15-20 pts. wt. seaweed fiber. The pre-processing of blended flame-retardant fabric containing graphene fibers comprises (1) opening treatment rabbit hair fiber, adding lanolin and antistatic agent, spraying to fiber to reduce static, (2) placing cotton fiber into sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution, washing with deionized water, using absolute ethyl alcohol, using deionized water, adding butyl titanate, dropping deionized water into solution and soaking cotton fiber the sol solution, (3) pre-processing graphene- polyacrylonitrile nano fibers, basalt fibers, pre-processing seaweed fibers into strips, spinning, fabric to obtain blended fabric and (4) using flame retardant, soda neutralizing, water washing and drying to obtain the flame-retardant fabric. USE - Used as blended flame-retardant fabric containing graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has good flame retardance, good antibacterial effect and comfort. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Blended flame-retardant fabric containing graphene fiber comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene- polyacrylonitrile nanofiber, 20-30 pts. wt. rabbit hair fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 30-40 pts. wt. cotton fiber and 15-20 pts. wt. seaweed fiber. The pre-processing of the blended flame-retardant fabric containing graphene fibers comprises (1) pre-processing rabbit hair fiber and alginate fiber: opening treatment rabbit hair fiber and alginate fiber, adding lanolin and antistatic agent, uniformly spraying to the fiber to reduce the static, spraying after stewing for > 24 hours, (2) pre-processing of cotton fiber: placing the cotton fiber into sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution before using, ultrasonic for 2 hours, washing with deionized water, using absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonic washing for 10-20 minutes, using deionized water washing and drying oven at 70℃ for 1 hours to obtain blank cotton fibers, taking thiourea and urea to dissolve into absolute ethyl alcohol, adding butyl titanate, using 5 wt.% nitric acid to adjust the pH value to 3-4, stirring uniformly, slowly dropping the deionized water into the solution and continuously stirring for 20-23 minutes, allowing to stand for 0.8-1 hours to obtain the wet gel, continuously stirring the sol solution obtained in the step (1), soaking the cotton fiber prepared in the step (1) into the sol solution for 5 -7 minutes after the Tyndall phenomenon appears and drying to obtain the pre-processing of cotton fiber, (3) pre-processing graphene- polyacrylonitrile nano fibers, basalt fibers, pre-processing cotton fibers, pre-processing rabbit hair fibers and pre-processing seaweed fibers into strips, spinning, fabric to obtain blended fabric and (4) blended fabric for flame-retardant finishing: using flame retardant, resin, softening agent and phosphoric acid, dipping and rolling, drying, baking, soda neutralizing, making the pH value 7-8, soaping, water washing and drying to obtain the flame-retardant fabric.
