▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of polyurethane conveyor belt, involves (1) adding glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH to 3-5, after mixing isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane, water, and absolute ethanol and adding graphene oxide at 60-80 degrees C, reacting for 18-24 hours, adding reducing agent and reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 18-24 hours to obtain modified graphene, (2) vacuuming and dehydrating polyester polyol at 100-120 degrees C for 1.5-2.0 hours, after cooling at 45-55 degrees C, adding isocyanate, silane coupling agent and modified graphene, raising temperature to 70-80 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours to obtain component (A) which is prepolymer with isocyanate content of 5-15 wt.% and component (B) which is a chain extender and (3) mixing component (A) and component (B) uniformly in a mold, demold, and aging. USE - Preparation method of polyurethane conveyor belt based on modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane conveyor belt has high strength, excellent acid and alkali resistance and long service life.
