NOVELTY - The slurry has a main body provided with a cathode material, a conductive material and a binder, and a carbonate-based additive. The cathode material is selected from layered, spinel, olivine and lithium-excessive cathode materials. The binder is a polyvinylidene fluoride-based polymer or a polytetrafluoroethylene-type polymer. The conductive materials are selected from carbon black, ketjen black, activated carbon, carbon nanotube, carbon fiber, graphene, graphite, metal nanowires, metal nanopowders and mixtures. USE - Cathode slurry for lithium secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The cathode slurry has excellent viscosity stability and storage stability, and improves quality of applied electrode and cycle life performance of lithium secondary battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a cathode slurry.
