NOVELTY - The method involves melting the aluminum block into aluminum liquid in a crucible furnace, and introducing inert gas for protection. A deslagging agent and a refining agent are added in sequence for smelting to obtain molten aluminum. The temperature of the aluminum liquid is reduced, and the heat for a certain time is preserved to enable the aluminum liquid to become a semi-solid state. The dried foamed aluminum preform is added, the foamed aluminum preform is pressed into aluminum liquid by using a bell jar, and the foamed aluminum preform and the aluminum liquid are stirred with strong force to obtain foamed aluminum carbon material aluminum liquid. The forming device is heated to a certain temperature. The foamed aluminum carbon material aluminum liquid is poured into a forming device, and the extrusion forming is carried out to obtain the aluminum carbon composite material prepared by using foamed aluminum. USE - Method for preparing an aluminum-carbon composite material by using foamed aluminum (claimed) used for manufacturing wires, cables, and portions and living appliances with heat-conducting and anti-atmospheric corrosion properties. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively overcomes the problem that the wettability of the carbon material and the aluminum base material is bad, the graphene is uniformly dispersed in the aluminium base material under the premise of effectively improving the strength of the aluminosilicate base body, and keeping high conductivity of the base housing. The method uses foam aluminum special structure characteristics with strong dispersing effect caused by electromagnetic stirring, the aluminum substrate is fully and uniformly added to provide precondition for carbon material, the carbon and aluminum liquid wetability difference is effectively improved, and not easily to add using carbon material with high carrier mobility and bipolar electric field effect.
