NOVELTY - Coating comprises component (A) comprising bisphenol A epoxy resin, reactive diluent, additive, solvent (I), pigment filler (I) and modified graphene, and component (B) comprising curing agent, accelerator, solvent (I) and pigment filler (II). The modified graphene is prepared by mixing and dispersing graphene with a silane coupling agent, dispersant (I) and solvent (II). USE - The coating is used for oil storage tank. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high solid content of more than 95%, volatile organic compound of less than 50 g/l, adhesion of more than 10 MPa, no detectable pollutants which can be detected on the oil by mass spectrometry, excellent corrosion resistance and oil resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, which involves (i) adding bisphenol A epoxy resin, reactive diluent, additive, solvent (I) and modified graphene to a reaction vessel, dispersing at a low speed of 300-800 rpm for 5 minutes to make the mixing to be uniform, adding pigment filler under the stirring state of 300-500 rpm, increasing the speed to 1500 rpm, and continuously dispersing and stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain component (A) having a fineness of below 100 mu m, and (ii) adding curing agent, accelerator, solvent (I) and pigment filler to the reaction vessel, and dispersing at a high speed of 1500 rpm for 20-40 minutes to obtain component (B).
