NOVELTY - Three dimensional polyetherimide-based graphene-based printing composite material comprises 0.1-15 wt.% graphite powder, 0.1-5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.1-5 wt.% lubricant and balances amount polyetherimide resin, where coupling agent is silane coupling agent, titanic acid ester coupling agent or aluminic acid ester coupling agent. The lubricant is oxidized polyethlene wax, polypropylene, stearic acid or butyl stearate. The weight average molecular quantity of polyetherimide resin is 4g/mol to 5 million g/mol. USE - Three dimensional polyetherimide-based graphene-based printing composite material. ADVANTAGE - The three dimensional polyetherimide-based graphene-based printing composite material improves the use of temperature limit and environment range that improves the mechanical intensity, and improves impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing three dimensional polyetherimide-based graphene-based printing composite material, which involves: (A) mixing the weighed graphene, coupling agent and adding lubricant to the dried polyetherimide resin; (B) stirring uniformly and mixing by a double-screw extruder at 350-420 degrees C; (C) grinding and extruding; (D) granulating to obtain composite material parent particle; (E) drying and dehumidifying; (F) subjecting to the drawing mechanism; and (G) adding to the wire drawing machine at 320-400 degrees C, where diameter of the wire is 1-4mm.
