NOVELTY - A processing device includes fixing seat (1) provided with strut (2) and transmission wheel (3); transmission belt sleeved to transmission wheel and placed with pipe; cleaning sleeve provided to fixing seat and sleeved on outer wall of pipe; cleaning liquid storage box (7) provided to cleaning sleeve; spraying positioning pipe provided with spraying chamber provided with graphene nozzle (10); hot air flow nozzle provided to spraying chamber; rotating sleeve opened with overflowing through hole and sleeved with driven wheel; driving wheel connected with motor shaft of rotating motor; and hopper connected with transverse pipe connected with blower and residual material storage cabin (19). USE - The processing device is used for graphene spraying convenient for forming and spraying. ADVANTAGE - The processing device can uniformly coat graphene on pipe, which is convenient to improve strength of pipe. It has simple process and uniform coating, and can effectively recover excess materials.
