NOVELTY - The method for preparing carbon nanotube/polyaniline/graphene composite flexible film involves (a) adding acidified carbon nanotube to an acidic solution containing aniline, ultrasonically treating, adding an oxidizing agent and reacting at 0-25 degrees C for 12-36 hours to obtain polyaniline-coated carbon nanotube, and (b) adding polyaniline-coated carbon nanotube to the graphene dispersion, ultrasonically treating at 5-20 degrees C for a period of time and suction filtering to obtain the composite flexible film. The mass ratio of the acidified carbon nanotubes, aniline and oxidizing agent is 0.01-1:0.1-1:0.5-2. USE - Method is useful for preparing carbon nanotube/polyaniline/graphene composite flexible film, which is useful in electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of the composite flexible film with high flexibility and excellent electrochemical performance, rate characteristics and cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for carbon nanotube/polyaniline/graphene composite flexible film prepared by the above method.
