NOVELTY - Surface treatment of petroleum drill pipes involves: (S1) grinding nano kaolin, graphene and water for 5-15 minutes at 120-140 degrees C, 12000-15000 rpm and 2.5-4 MPa, adding water, uniformly stirring, and then spray drying to obtain a prefabricated material (A); (S2) stirring novolac epoxy resin, xylene and 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, cooling, adding the prefabricated material (A), talc powder, titanium dioxide and defoamer under stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a prefabricated material (B); and (S3) adding polyetheramine curing agent 1784 to xylene, evenly stirring, then adding the prefabricated material (B), uniformly mixing, then spraying the surface of oil drill pipe after pretreatment, curing at 110-116 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, heating at 160-170 degrees C, continuously curing for 10-20 minutes, and cooling the oil drill pipe. USE - The method is useful for surface treatment of petroleum drill pipes. ADVANTAGE - The surface treated petroleum drill pipes have excellent wear resistance.
