NOVELTY - Silicone adhesive tape (100) comprises a base layer (100), an adhesive layer (200) formed on one surface of the base layer, and a primer layer formed between base layer and adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is formed by applying adhesive composition on one surface of substrate layer and then drying adhesive composition comprising 30-40 pts. wt. alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane, 10-20 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane (I), 20-30 pts. wt. MQ resin, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. alkoxysilane (II), 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. hydrosilylated metal as hydrosilylated platinum, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The primer layer is formed by applying primer composition on one surface of the base layer and then drying it. The primer composition comprises 100-120 pts. wt. binder resin, 20-30 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer resin, 2-4 pts. wt. copper oxide nanoparticles, 1-3 pts. wt. talc, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate. USE - The silicone adhesive tape is useful in various punching processes. ADVANTAGE - The silicone adhesive tape has excellent water resistance, leaves no residue after peeling, and can safely protect masking area without infiltration of foreign substances. The adhesive composition has excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and adhesive strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Silicone adhesive tape (100) comprises a base layer (100), an adhesive layer (200) formed on one surface of the base layer, and a primer layer formed between the base layer and the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is formed by applying adhesive composition on one surface of the substrate layer and then drying the adhesive composition comprising 30-40 pts. wt. alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane, 10-20 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane of formula (I), 20-30 pts. wt. MQ resin, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. alkoxysilane of formula (RaSi(OR')) (II), 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. hydrosilylated metal as hydrosilylated platinum, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The primer layer is formed by applying primer composition on one surface of the base layer and then drying it. The primer composition comprises 100-120 pts. wt. binder resin, 20-30 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer resin, 2-4 pts. wt. copper oxide nanoparticles, 1-3 pts. wt. talc, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant containing triazine-based compound of formula (III), and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate. The polydimethylsiloxane has viscosity of 10000-30000 cps. The hydrosilylated platinum is complex compound of silicon-based compound of formula ({(CH2=CH)(CH3)2SiOb}pq) (III) and platinum. The antioxidant includes tetrakismethylene-3- (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionatemethane, tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite and/or 1,2-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamoly)hydrazine. The binder resin is poly(methyl methacrylate) resin composition. The polymethyl methacrylate resin composition is prepared by (a) mixing 30-50 pts. wt. poly(methyl methacrylate) resin, 20-40 pts. wt. n-butyl acrylate monomer, 10-30 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate monomer, 5-10 pts. wt. 2-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate monomer, 2-5 pts. wt. methacrylic acid monomer, and 2-5 pts. wt. tripropyleneglycol diacrylate monomer, warming to temperature of 60-70° C and uniformly mixing to prepare first mixture, (b) preparing a second mixture by mixing 0.1-1 pts. wt. N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine as a hardening accelerator with the first mixture at 40-50° C, and (c) preparing polymethyl methacrylate resin composition by mixing 1-2 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide as curing agent by cooling the second mixture to room temperature. The thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer (thermo plastic polyolefine) resin includes polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polybutylene resin, ethylene-propylene copolymer resins and/or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin. The copper oxide nanoparticles are prepared by surface modification by stirring 0.1-2 pts. wt. silane with respect to 100 pts. wt. copper oxide powder having particle size of 1-200 nm. The silane includes vinyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane and vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane. The talc has hardness (morhs) of 3, specific gravity of 2.5-2.8, and specific surface area of 0.036-1 m2/g. The 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate has glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20° C or less and number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1000-1500. m=50-150; n=50-150; R=1-4C alkyl; R'=1-3C alkyl or 1-3C acyl; and a=1, 2 or 3; b=1/2; p=2; and q=4.
