NOVELTY - Sensor electrodes each comprise a carbon-based layer and a layer of graphene platelets. The layer of graphene platelets modifies surface properties of the carbon-based layer such that the sensor electrode with both carbon-based layer and layer of graphene platelets has a narrower distribution of electrochemical properties than sensor electrodes comprising carbon-based layer excluding layer of graphene platelets. USE - Sensor electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The sensor electrodes have improved physical property, electrical property, biochemical property and reproducibility.
