▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a vanadium tetrasulfide/graphene composite material using a vanadium-containing leaching solution involves: (S1) mixing a vanadium-containing mineral with a calcining additive to obtain a mixed material, calcining or roasting the vanadium-containing mineral without salt to obtain a calcined clinker; (S2) leaching the calcined clinker in a leaching medium, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a vanadium-containing leaching solution and tailings; (S3) adding a sulfur source and graphene oxide to the vanadium-containing leaching solution, stirring to dissolve the sulfur source, and uniformly dispersing the graphene oxide to obtain a mixed liquid; (S4) transferring the mixed liquid obtained in the step (S3) to the reaction vessel, heating, reacting, and cooling after the reaction is completed; and (S5) subjecting the obtained product to solid-liquid separation, repeatedly washing the precipitate and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing a vanadium tetrasulfide/graphene composite material, using a vanadium-containing leaching solution, for sodium-ion battery or lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method shortens the preparation flow of the composite material, and greatly reduces the production cost.
