NOVELTY - Method for preparing in-plane isotropic highly oriented densified graphene film, involves (a) formulating graphene oxide into a uniform graphene oxide aqueous solution by agitating ultrasonic method, (b) assembling the graphene oxide aqueous solution into a self-supporting graphene oxide film by vacuum filtration, and (c) immersing the self-supporting graphene oxide film in an ethanol solution and a mixed solution of hydroiodic acid and ethanol in sequence under the traction of external force, washing and drying to obtain the in-plane isotropic highly oriented dense graphene butane sultone-reduced graphene oxide film. USE - The method is useful for preparing in-plane isotropic highly oriented densified graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has high orientation of 0.913, porosity of 11.5%, corresponding tensile strength of 508 MPa, Young's modulus of 15.8 GPa, toughness of 7.8 MJ/m3, conductivity of 1202S/ cm, and shielding coefficient for electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 0.3-18 GHz to approximately 35.1 dB.
