NOVELTY - The film has a graphene transparent conduction layer coated on an upper side of a substrate. The substrate is made of a glass, a glass wafer, a silicon wafer or plastic. A solar cell or organic LED is connected with an electrode of a touch panel. Coating of the substrate is selected from spray, dipping, spin coating, screen printing, inkjet printing, pad printing, knife coating or gravure coating. USE - Graphene transparent conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The film improves zygosity of a hydrophilic material and oxidation graphene carrying function.
