The composition of graphene nano-sheet toughened composite ceramic tool comprises 50.2-60.2 wt.% aluminum oxide, 20-40 wt.% titanium carbide, 3-5 wt.% nickel, 3-5 wt.% molybdenum, 0.5-1 wt.% magnesium oxide, 0.5-1 wt.% yttrium oxide, and 0.1-0.8 wt.% graphene nanosheets. USE - Graphene nano-sheet toughened composite ceramic tool (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ceramic tool has high fracture toughness, high hardness, high comprehensive mechanical performance and is prepared by simple process.
