NOVELTY - The mechanism has an attachment mounting frame whose back is provided with a radiating protection mechanism. The top part of the attachment mounting frame is provided with a temperature monitoring mechanism (3). The radiating protection mechanism comprises an insulating cylinder. The insulating cylinder is fixedly installed on the back of the attachment mounting frame. The inner wall of a heat exchange air ring is fixedly installed with a hexagonal graphite sheet. Two sides of the hexagonal graphite sheet are set in the inner cavity of the heat exchange air ring and the insulating cylinder. The inner cavity of a fixing ring (31) is detachably connected with a movable embedding plate (32). One end of a welding rod (35) far away from a movable embedding plate is fixedly installed with a monitoring cabin (36). USE - Radiating mechanism for vertical milling machine used in milling auxiliary mechanical technology field. Can also be used in horizontal milling machines. Uses include but are not limited to milling of complex workpiece, design of graphene plate and human-shaped heat exchange block. ADVANTAGE - The mechanism realizes function of water cooling, two cooling protection mode for a user to select using water cooling to make a main body of a refrigerating sheet to pause work, thus reducing electric energy consumption. The mechanism utilizes a stainless steel net cover, a suction fan, a ceramic fiber net cylinder and a movable top plate, so that the air absorbed by the fan is subjected to primary filtering treatment, thus filtering impurity in a large part, and hence maintaining clean degree of the radiating gas, ensuring safety of the vertical milling machine assembly, disassembling the top plate and brushing and cleaning an outer wall of the ceramic fiber net cylinder in a convenient manner for the user to use.
