NOVELTY - Thermal grease comprises naphthenic base oil, Chinese tallow tree oil, castor oil, 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, graphene, nano titanium dioxide, sodium metasilicate, silicate stabilizer, propylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, triazole, benzotriazole, 2-methyl-benzotriazole, antioxidant additive, pour-point depressant and metal passivator. USE - The grease is useful for transformer cabinet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The grease: has excellent insulation and heat dissipation performance, stable property, long service life, excellent lubrication dispersing performance, strong practicability and stable operation of transformer system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Thermal grease comprises 100-150 pts. wt. naphthenic base oil, 10-15 pts. wt. Chinese tallow tree oil, 5-10 pts. wt. castor oil, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 4-8 pts. wt. sodium metasilicate, 1-3 pts. wt. silicate stabilizer, 5-8 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 1-3 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 6-12 pts. wt. glycerin, 1-5 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, 2-4 pts. wt. triazole, 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. 2-methyl-benzotriazole, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant additive, 2-4 pts. wt. pour-point depressant and 1.5-3 pts. wt. metal passivator. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermal grease comprising (i) firstly adding nano-titanium dioxide and graphene in a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:100-1:200, then adding absolute ethyl alcohol for ultrasonic dispersing uniformly, then slowly adding benzotriazole and 2-methyl-benzotriazole and stirring for 0.5-1 hour to obtain mixed solution, centrifuging at 50-60 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain modified nano-particle, and cooling, (ii) adding Chinese tallow tree oil, castor oil and processing to obtain refined oils and fats, then adding 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, sodium metasilicate, silicate stabilizer, propylene glycol, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, triazole and benzotriazole, stirring at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, then adding naphthenic base oil and mixing at 50-60 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, cooling to obtain composite oil, and (ii) adding compound oil into modified nano-particle at 110-130 degrees C, stirring and refining for 40-60 minutes, absorbing until the absorption reaction uniformly, depositing, filtering by filter for 2-3 times, pouring into another reaction kettle, adding molecular sieve, stirring and absorbing at 80-100 degrees C for 30-50 minutes until absorption reaction uniformly, depositing, filtering by filter for 2-3 times, adding antioxidant additive, pour point depressant, and metal deactivator, and then mixing.
