▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The component has a graphene paper (1) having first and second opposite faces. A pair of electrodes is connected to the graphene paper. The graphene paper and the pair of electrodes are configured to conduct an electrical current such that the graphene paper produces heat. The second face of the graphene paper is located towards fiber reinforced polymer surface (5) of the aircraft. A protective layer (3) is located on the first face of the graphene paper. An insulating layer (4) is located between the graphene paper and the fiber reinforced polymer surface. USE - Resistive heated aircraft component for ice protection system of aircraft (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resistive heater object is located directly over the fiber reinforced polymer surface of the aircraft which allows better conductive solutions and anti-icing and de-icing properties. The thickness of the graphene paper ensures both a flexible paper and good heating features. The spiral shape is easily adapted to semi-spherical or conical shapes, while the cut saves graphene paper, and reducing the costs of the graphene paper employed. The graphene paper to be divided into different modules or cells connected in parallel for application in aircraft structure, in order to ensure the safe functionality of the system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing aircraft component. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the aircraft component.
