NOVELTY - Graphene flexible conductive composite film comprises 1-10 pts. wt. graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrenesulfonic acid composite conductive powder, 1-5 pts. wt. other conductive substances, 70-99 pts. wt. flexible filler, 0.5-5 pts. wt. inorganic filler, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Used as graphene flexible conductive composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares highly conductive graphene powder by in-situ polymerization of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) and graphene; improves the conductivity of graphene; reduces the amount of graphene added in flexible conductive wear products; utilizes the modification of PEDOT; improves the surface state of graphene; and improves the dispersion of graphene in the slurry system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene flexible conductive composite film, comprising (i) preparing graphene graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrenesulfonic acid composite conductive powder by performing in-situ polymerization, (ii) using the other conductive materials to prepare primary grinding dispersion, and adding graphene composite conductive powder to primary grinding dispersion to obtain graphene composite dispersion, (iii) adding flexible filler, dispersant, and inorganic filler to the graphene dispersion, and mixing to obtain a graphene composite slurry, and (iv) printing the graphene composite paste on a flexible substrate, drying, and molding.
