▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame retardant additive comprises 1-3 pts. wt. octabromoether, 4-5 pts. wt. closed-cell perlite, 6.5-8 pts. wt. flame retardant polyether polyol, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. ethoxylated aliphatic alkylamine and 5-10 pts. wt. linear polysiloxane. USE - The flame retardant additive useful for polyvinyl chloride materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The additive: utilizes octabromoether, closed-cell perlite, flame retardant polyether polyol, and magnesium hydroxide, which achieves excellent combined flame retardant effect; utilizes graphene and linear polysiloxane which improves heat resistance of PVC materials; and exhibits synergistic effect between flame retardancy and flame resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame retardant additive comprising (i) adding certain amount octabromoether, closed-cell perlite and flame-retardant polyether polyol into mixer and then stirring at a stirring speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes, (ii) sequentially adding graphene and magnesium hydroxide into mixer and then stirring at a stirring speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes and (iii) adding ethoxylated aliphatic alkylamine and linear polysiloxane into mixer and then stirring at a stirring speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 40-60 minutes to obtain final product.
