▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing cell-loaded three-dimensional vesicular graphene-PEGDA-GelMA light-curable biomaterial comprises adding PEGDA, GelMA, and a photoinitiator to cell culture medium and mixing them uniformly to obtain hydrogel culture medium mixture solution. The suspended cells are added to the hydrogel medium mixture to obtain a hydrogel medium mixture containing cells. The sample tank is installed, the water bath heating system of 3D light curing printing equipment is turned on, and the sample tank is heated. The three-dimensional bubble graphene is added to sample tank, and three-dimensional bubble graphene is fixed to sample tank. The hydrogel culture medium containing cells are added to a sample tank to obtain printing mixture. The working parameters of 3D light curing printing equipment is adjusted, and after executing the printing program, after completing the photo-curing printing, a three-dimensional vesicular graphene-PEGDA-GelMA photo-curing biomaterial loaded with cells is obtained. USE - Method for preparing cell-loaded three-dimensional vesicular graphene-PEGDA-GelMA light-curable biomaterial for the preparation of tissue engineering implantable materials or physiological or pathological simulation materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to preparing cell-loaded three-dimensional vesicular graphene-PEGDA-GelMA light-curable biomaterial, which has good biocompatibility and electrical conductivity, stable structure, high mechanical strength, and high cell load.
