NOVELTY - Preparing natural biomass-derived layer number controllable graphite involves crushing 1-100 g biomass to obtain 50-300 mesh biomass crushed aggregates, drying the biomass-crushed aggregates at 60-100℃ to obtain biomass precursor, mixing the biomass precursor with Bronsted acid solution according to the solid-liquid ratio of 0.1:10-2:100 g/ml, discharging oxygen and filling nitrogen, sealing, then raising the temperature to 75-95℃, reacting for 1-6 hours to obtain graphene suspension, post-processing the graphene suspension to obtain a graphene stable dispersion, and drying the graphene-stable dispersion to obtain the graphene powder, where the post-treatment is one or more of filtering washing, dialysis or ultrasonic treatment. USE - The method for preparing natural biomass-derived layer number controllable graphite used in energy, semiconductor, catalysis and medical fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare natural biomass-derived layer number controllable graphite that has excellent carbon neutralization property, and is economical, and provides graphene with controlled number of layers at low temperature and mild chemical strategy, and high yield. The graphene is prepared by simple and economical process, and has high productivity.
