▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional graphene layered titanium carbide nanosheets comprises adding dried and ground titanium, aluminum, and carbide powder in thermal pressure furnace under argon gas protection, solid-liquid reacting to get titanium aluminum carbide, grinding, and sieving; soaking in aqueous hydrogen fluoride, magnetic stirring to get suspension, filtering, washing with water, alcohol washing, centrifuging, and vacuum drying; and vacuum calcining. USE - Method for preparing two-dimensional graphene layered titanium carbide nanosheets (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and short and has stable parameters, controllable process, high efficiency, low cost, and low pressure. The nanosheets have low precursor crystallinity, high purity, 5-10 mu m diameter size, 10-20 cm single layer average thickness, increased spacing, and regular and smooth sheet surface.
