NOVELTY - Preparing flexible high oriented graphite heat conducting material involves: purifying expandable; adding graphene oxide solution in expandable graphite, stirring uniformly and drying; and puffing the sample using gas expansion technology or microwave puffing, and then separating and removing impurities, and uniformly distributing on fabric to form flexible highly oriented graphite material having carbon content of 99.9%. USE - In preparing flexible high oriented graphite heat conducting material (claimed) including metal, plastic, adhesive, aluminum foil, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to realize, provides graphite heat conducting material with increased thermal conductivity, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A method of preparing flexible high oriented graphite heat conducting material involves: (1) expandable graphite purification: washing expandable graphite using 15-30% of sodium hydroxide solution for 1-2 hours and filtering, and then washing using 20-50% of sulfuric acid solution for 2-5 hours and filtering; (2) adding graphene oxide solution in expandable graphite, stirring uniformly and drying; (3) puffing: puffing the sample using gas expansion technology or microwave puffing, where swelling ratio is 100-250, expanding temperature is 900-990 degrees C, and then separating and removing impurities, and uniformly distributing on fabric to form flexible highly oriented graphite material having carbon content of 99.9%.
