▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Photoelectric device comprises a carbon-based substrate, a diffusion barrier layer including a silicon thin film set on the carbon-based substrate, and a light conversion layer set on the silicon thin film. USE - The photoelectric device is useful for a solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric device prevents carbon contamination by suppressing carbon diffusion from the carbon-based substrate to the back reflector and light conversion layer, thus improving efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the photoelectric device, comprising providing the carbon-based substrate, forming the diffusion barrier layer on the carbon-based substrate and forming the light conversion layer on the diffusion barrier layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the solar cell.
