NOVELTY - A tensile-modified chloroprene rubber cable material comprises 15-30 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. modifier, 25-40 pts. wt. polystyrene, 35-50 pts. wt. chloroprene, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The modifier is mixture of methanesulfonic acid and polyacrylic acid. The polymerization degree of polystyrene is 180-300. The polymerization degree of chloroprene is 1200-2000. The coupling agent is aniline methyl triethoxysilane. The crosslinking agent is isocyanate crosslinking agent. USE - Tensile-modified chloroprene rubber cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves chloroprene tensile strength and keeps good processability.
