NOVELTY - Preparation of expandable thermoplastic graphene porous carbon material, involves (i) evenly mixing elastic polymer matrix and coupling agent, performing high-temperature mixing, (ii) mixing graphene and dimethyl silicone oil, ball milling, and screening, (iii) mixing graphene dispersion powder and metal powder mixture in a mass ratio of 15:1, (iv) injecting elastic polymer solution into a twin-screw extruder, extruding, pressing die and demolding, (v) injecting graphene metal mixed powder into pressure sprayer, spraying powder mixture with surface of elastic polymer, and curing. USE - Preparation of expandable thermoplastic graphene porous carbon material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared expandable thermoplastic graphene porous carbon material has high elasticity, high toughness and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of expandable thermoplastic graphene porous carbon material, involves (i) evenly mixing 20-25 pts. wt. elastic polymer matrix and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent into a vacuum furnace for performing high-temperature mixing at a furnace vacuum pressure of 5x 10-2 Pa, and reacting at 780-850 degrees C, (ii) adding 7-13 pts. wt. graphene and 1-3 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil in a ball material ratio of 2:105, ball milling at a high-speed of 1800 rpm for 2-4 hours, and screening, (iii) mixing graphene dispersion powder and metal powder mixture in a mass ratio of 15:1, (iv) injecting elastic polymer solution prepared in step (i) into a twin-screw extruder, extruding, pressing die and demolding, (v) injecting graphene metal mixed powder into a pressure sprayer, spraying powder mixture with surface of elastic polymer obtained in step (iv) and curing.
