NOVELTY - Preparation of small-diameter graphene sheet involves weighing and mixing crystalline graphite and organic solvent, forming crystalline graphite dispersion with concentration of 0.1-20 mg/ml, ball milling in a ball mill device or ultrasonic processing in an ultrasonic device, obtaining graphene dispersion liquid, centrifuging the graphene dispersion liquid with rotating speed of 500-20000 rpm, collecting the supernatant by centrifugation, washing, filtering, drying, and obtaining small pieces of graphene with layer thickness of less than 10 and uniform particle size distribution. USE - Preparation of small-diameter graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical, energy-saving and easy preparation of small-diameter graphene sheet with high yield by a simple process.
