▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing curcumin derivative modified graphene oxide involves mixing 10-50 mg of graphene oxide and 30-200 ml of organic solvent. The reactant mixture is ultrasonicated at 40-90 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain uniform dark brown liquid which is mixed with 0.2-1.0 g of alkaline reagent. The mixture is refluxed for 1 hour to obtain graphene oxide dispersion. 0.1-0.5 g of curcumin derivative is dissolved in 30-200 ml of organic solvent. The resulting solution is slowly added to the graphene oxide dispersion and the mixture is mixed with 0.1 grams of potassium iodide. USE - Method for preparing curcumin derivative modified graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare curcumin derivative modified graphene oxide in simple and safe manner under mild reaction conditions. The product hasgood stability, high bioavailability, low toxicity and enhanced fluorescence optical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing curcumin derivative modified graphene oxide involves mixing 10-50 mg of graphene oxide and 30-200 ml of organic solvent. The mixture is refluxed at 70-110 degrees C in inert gas protection for 4-8 hours. The solution is filtered. The residue is washed with organic solvent, and finally dried in vacuum oven at 50 degrees C to obtain a product.
