NOVELTY - The device has a stirring cylinder provided with a stirring device. Two sides of the stirring cylinder is provided with a limiting frame. The stirring cylinder can slide up and down along the two limiting frames. An upper portion of an inner wall of the stirring cylinder is slidingly provided with a top cover. The top cover and the stirring cylinder are hermetically jointed. The stirring device is fixedly installed on the top cover. The top cover is provided with a reciprocating lifting device. The reciprocating lifting device acts on the top cover to reciprocate up and down in the stirring cylinder. USE - Graphene polymer nano composite material preparation device. ADVANTAGE - The device stirs and mixes a graphene polymer nano composite material under an action of the stirring device, uses a reciprocating lifting device for moving up and down stirring the raw material in the stirring cylinder, avoids a raw material stirring process only mixed at a same position of a low efficiency mode and allows a hydraulic rod to control the stirring cylinder to move up and down, thus ensuring a sealing of a stirring environment, which is convenient for subsequent cleaning.
