NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dot loaded silver-titania nanoarray is prepared by preparing titania nanoarray, reducing silver ion by UV irradiation, loading on silver nanoparticle in titania nanoarray to obtain silver-titania nanoarray, uniformly coating graphene quantum dot dispersion on silver-titania nanoarray surface by rotary coating technology, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot loaded silver-titania nanoarray (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is nontoxic, has low-value raw material and simple preparation process, and enhances visible light response performance of titania nanoarray.
