▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Die-casting aluminum alloy comprises 5-8 wt.% silicon, 0.05-0.09 wt.% technetium, 0.01-0.04 wt.% cadmium, 0.07-0.1 wt.% niobium, 0.01-0.03 wt.% silver, 0.02-0.05 wt.% calcium, 0.06-0.08 wt.% strontium, 0.5-1.2 wt.% chromium, 2-4 wt.% zinc, 0.01-0.03 wt.% iridium, 0.001-0.003 wt.% boron, 0.04-0.07 wt.% rare earth element, 0.003-0.005 wt.% surface metallized graphene, and aluminum and unavoidable impurity (balance). The content of the unavoidable impurity is less than 0.01 wt.%. USE - The aluminum alloy is useful for Fifth Generation communication base station shell. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy: has better mechanical performance and anti-corrosion performance, better thermal conductivity and die-casting process stability; has longer service life, and lighter quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing die-casting aluminum alloy.
