▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-fouling and crack-resistant interior wall water-based paint comprises 37-39 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 31-33 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 15-17 pts. wt. natural latex, 14-16 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 4-6 pts. wt. modified nano zeolite, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. nano silica, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. gamma -(2,3-glycidoxypropyl)propyltrimethoxysilane, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. nano silver, 0.11-0.13 pts. wt. graphene and 60-65 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as anti-fouling and crack-resistant interior wall water-based paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good strength and flexibility of waterborne coating and prevents shedding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising (i) mixing acrylic resin with alkyd resin, stirring and heating to 75-85 degrees C at speed of 1.6-1.8 degrees C/minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixture, (ii) adding gamma -(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane to natural latex, mixing uniformly, adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and stirring at 55-65 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture, (iii) mixing modified nano zeolite and nano silica uniformly, slowly heating to 130-150 degrees C, stirring, adding nano silver and graphene and stirring for 25-35 minutes to obtain mixture, and (iv) mixing mixture obtained by step (i), (ii) and (iii) at 50-60 degrees C, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 35-45 revolutions/minute and ultrasounding at 32-34 kHz for 10-15 minutes.
