NOVELTY - Preparation of cobalt manganese-metal organic frameworks supported catalyst involves (s1) dissolving cobalt salt and manganese salt in a solvent, adding ligand compound, metal oxide or carbon carrier, and ultrasonically treating to obtain precursor solution. In precursor solution the concentration of cobalt ions is 0.005-0.2 mol/L and manganese ions is 0.0025-0.05 mol/L, and (s2) heating the obtained precursor solution for reaction at 110-160℃, and washing and drying the reaction product. USE - Preparation of cobalt manganese-metal organic frameworks supported catalyst (claimed) for manufacturing low carbon olefin. ADVANTAGE - The method produces supported catalyst having high activity and high selectivity of low-carbon olefins.
