NOVELTY - Internal cellular structure outer solid graphene functionalized self-repairing micro capsule comprises curing agent coated on the wall of the capsule and capsule wall, where internal cellular structure outer solid graphene functionalized self-repairing micro capsule is obtained by dispersing graphene in the wall of the capsule, dispersing a series of micro-nano-sized microcapsules in the curing agent to form a cell structure and then coating micro-nano-sized microcapsule with a repairing agent. USE - Used as internal cellular structure outer solid graphene functionalized self-repairing micro capsule. ADVANTAGE - The capsule: Improve the stability of the microcapsule and repair efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing internal cellular structure outer solid graphene functionalized self-repairing micro capsule comprising (i) preparing an oil-in-water silane emulsion 1, (ii) preparing micro-nano-scale microcapsule emulsion, (iia) adding isocyanate repair agent, solvent and emulsifier, stirring at room temperature at a speed of 3000-7000 revolutions per minute for 60-100 minutes to obtain isocyanate repair emulsion 2a1, (iib) adding curing agent, solvent and emulsifier, stirring at room temperature at a speed of 5000-9000 revolutions per minute for 80-120 minutes to obtain curing agent emulsion 2b1, (iic) adding curing agent emulsion 2b1 into the isocyanate repairing agent emulsion 2a1, stirring at room temperature at a speed of 2000-6000 revolutions per minute for 1-2 hours to obtain micro-nanoscale microcapsule emulsion 2 with a coating repair agent, (iii) adding graphene powder into an oxygen plasma apparatus, performing vacuum treatment, then passing oxygen, connecting the functional groups on the surface of the graphene to obtain modified graphene powder, dissolving the modified graphene powder in solvent and stirring at 1000-2000 revolutions per minute to obtain modified graphene emulsion 3, and (iv) preparing internal repair external solid graphene functionalized self-repairing microcapsules having a cell structure, (iva) adding isocyanate reagent, emulsifier and solvent, stirring at room temperature at a speed of 3000-6000 revolutions per minute for 70-100 minutes to obtain isocyanate emulsion 4a2, (ivb) adding curing agent, modified graphene emulsion 3, dispersant and solvent, stirring at room temperature at a speed of 2000-5000 revolutions per minute for 50-70 minutes to obtain curing agent-graphene dispersion 4b2, (ivc) adding silane emulsion into the curing agent-graphene dispersion 4b2, adding micro-nano-sized microcapsule emulsion 2 and emulsifier, emulsifying at room temperature at a speed of 1500-3500 revolutions per minute for 1-2 hours to obtain composite emulsion, then adding isocyanate emulsion 4a2 into the composite emulsion, stirring at 50-70 degrees C at a speed of 1000-2500 revolutions per minute for 2-3 hours, and (ivd) centrifuging the emulsion obtained in step (ivc), washing and then drying to obtain final product.
